jos_quaid_jinnahNAKBA Day: Who endorse Jinnah's vision of Palestine? By Irfan Ali

Pakistan's ideology and pioneers had always supported Palestine as one nation. Founding fathers of Pakistan kept rejecting Jewish homeland from the very first day since British Government, a Colonial power made public the idea.

All Pakistanis who support the just cause of Palestine and their like-minded people across the world are on same page. Our supporters across the world are our natural allies. Our opponents are on wrong side of history. They cannot be our friends or allies without siding with us against Zionist Israel.

Therefore, those in the U.S. who classified Mr. Jinnah as the only world class leader of Pakistan and their allies in Pakistan must prove their loyalty to the vision of Mohammad Ali Jinnah. They must support the supporters of one and inseparable independent Palestine that cannot be established without wiping the land grabber Zionist Israel off the map of Middle East. Jinnah's vision of Pakistan means no Jewish homeland on Palestine. Allama Iqbal also believed in that ideology.

As far as United States in concerned, Pakistani nation faces the conditions that Muslims of undivided India faced about Palestine in October 1937.  Quaid-e-Azam said in his presidential address at Lucknow in October 1937 that the whole policy of the British government about Palestine has been a great betrayal of the Arabs from its very inception. The U.S. and European Union have replaced the British Government in the global and regional politics.

The successors of Colonialism/Imperialism in the world and regional politics must not forget what Jinnah said in 1937:

"This question of Palestine, if not fairly and squarely met, boldly and courageously decided, is going to be the turning point in the history of the British Empire.

"I am sure I am speaking not only of the Mussalmans of India but of the world and all sections of right thinking and fair minded people will agree when I say that Great Britain will be digging its grave if she fails to honour her original proclamation, promises, intentions, pre-war and even post-war which were so unequivocally expressed to the Arabs and the world at large.

"I find that a very tense feeling of excitement has been created and the British Government, out of sheer desperation, are resorting to repressive measures and ruthlessly dealing with the public opinion of the Arabs in Palestine.

"The Muslims of India will stand solidly and will help the Arabs in every way they can in their brave and just struggle that they are carrying on against all odds.

"May I send a message of on behalf of the All-India Muslim League of cheer, courage, and determination in their just cause and struggle which I am sure they will win through."

Mr. Jinnah rejected British Government's Balfour Declaration as false promise and infamous because of Declaration's obvious irreconcilability and incapability.

In 2010, U.S. and other pro-Israel regimes across the world are the Colonial British government.

Jinnah's followers must admit pro-Israel governments and pro-Israel individuals had never been loyal to Arabs and Muslims and their policy about Palestine has been a betrayal of Palestine and Palestinians from inception.

The U.S. and other pro-Israel governments, groups and individuals always tried to make whole Islamic world as Palestine where compatriots, co-religionists and sons of soil fight each other or one another. Pakistan inherited all its problems from British Empire and so did Arabs including Palestinians, Iranians and Turks.

Jinnah's vision calls for an alliance of Muslims and Arabs and all sections of right thinking and fair minded people across the world to defeat unjust and unfair agenda of pro-Israel governments, groups and individuals.

Factually speaking, founder of Pakistan, Quaid e Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah always demanded just and honorable solution of the Palestine problem. Just solution means one Palestine and not the Zionist state of Israel. The supporters of Israel are disqualified to influence Pakistan's foreign policy.

United States has to choose between support to Israel and friendship with Pakistani nation. We Pakistanis must ask from the U.S. and other allies of Israel in Europe and other continents, who they choose: Pakistani nation or Zionist regime Israel? It is high time to tell all that Pakistan and supporters of Israel cannot go together.

Ruling coalition that rules Pakistan must not forget the fact that in his presidential address at Lahore Session of Pakistan's founding party, in March 1940, Mr. Jinnah urged that British Government should in fact and actually meet the demands of the Arabs in Palestine. Mr. Jinnah rejected the diplomatic statements that earnest endeavours are made to that effect.

On November 9, 1942, founding fathers of Pakistan at Delhi reminded the British government of her pledge she made at the time of its great need and stress in the World War-I that Arabs of Palestine would be granted independence. They expressed concern that British government didn't honour her pledge because she was under influence of Jewish machinations, according to the founding fathers of Pakistan.

All India Muslim League adopted a resolution on 26th of April 1943 at Delhi against the Zionist propaganda in the U.S. That resolution strongly opposed conversion of Palestine into Jewish state. Architects of Pakistan strongly opposed Jewish migration under Zionist agenda to Palestine

Pakistan's founding fathers had called the idea of Jewish State in Palestine as outrage on democracy, justice and inalienable rights to whole Arab and Islamic World.

In his 25h October 1947 interview to Reuters Correspondent Duncan Hooper, Quaid e Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah had made clear that partition of Palestine for Jewish homeland is bound to be the gravest disaster and unprecedented conflict. He said not only Arabs but entire Muslim world will revolt against such a decision which cannot be supported historically, politically or morally. He made clear: "In such a case Pakistan will have no other course left but to give its fullest support to the Arabs and will do whatever lies in its power to prevent what, in my opinion, is an outrage."
