jos_tehran_friday_prayers-300x202Tehran’s interim Friday Prayers Leader Ayatollah Seyed Ahmad Khatami has noted that President Ahmadinejad conveyed the message of the honorable Iranian nation about global nuclear disarmament to the international community in New York.

Ayatollah Khatami termed the visit of President Ahmadinejad to New York for participation in the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) Review Conference as highly laudable and valuable,

while adding that this presence, in itself, and courage of President Ahmadinejad in presentation of the remarks of the Supreme Leader of Islamic Revolution about the US being the first nuclear criminal, within the Great Satan’s territory, is a highly laudable deed.

He reminded that the rage and frustration of the colonial powers and the Zionist media and circles is due to this influential and landmark visit.

In reference to the recent measures of a few UN Security Council member states against Iran’s peaceful nuclear plan, Tehran’s Friday Prayers leader noted that the Iranian nation, undeterred by these threats, will defend its inalienable nuclear rights that have been emphasized within NPT.

Ayatollah Khatami added that with divine blessings, Iran has entered the nuclear club of world countries and you should talk about the quality of interaction with Iran and about the disarmament of global powers, which possess nuclear weapons.

In reference to the issue of Palestine, Ayatollah Seyed Ahmad Khatami said the Zionists are intent on confronting Islam and they destroy Islamic sites. They want to complete the Judaization of Beit Ul-Moqaddas.
