KP CM seeks report on Taliban extortion complaints

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Mahmood Khan has taken notice of collection of extortion money from Afghanistan-bound trucks and directed the provincial police chief to submit a report about the issue in which locals blamed Afghan Taliban network for bhatta.

Pakistan Foreign Minister foresees restoration of US aid

Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi has said that there are chances of fresh dialogue with the President Trump-led US administration for the restoration of US financial assistance to Pakistan that President Trump has halted blaming Pakistan for doing nothing in return for that aid.

Saudi Foreign Minister Adel al Jubeir said that Arab countries (allies of the US) are in talks with the Trump administration of United States for a new security agreement to protect the Middle East from “external aggression.”

Saudi Arabia's foreign minister rejected demands to extradite the suspects connected to the murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi as sought by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
“We do not extradite our citizens,” Adel al-Jubeir told a news conference in Riyadh at the end of a summit of Gulf Cooperation Council states.
