The Daesh Takfiri terrorist group has named a German boy as a commander of the so-called executions battalion in Iraq’s Nineveh province following the escape of many militants from the battlefield.

An Iraqi security source said on Wednesday that Daesh had begun to use boys and teenagers between the ages of 10 and 17 in fighting and conducting suicide attacks, Iraq’s al-Sumaria news website reported.

The source, who spoke on condition of anonymity, further said Daesh had resorted to the so-called caliphate cubs in Nineveh following the escape of a large number of its members due to pay cuts and unwillingness to fight for the terrorist group.

According to the source, Daesh has deployed about 175 children and teens to the outskirts of the city of Mosul in Nineveh, which fell into the hands of the Takfiri terrorists in June 2014 when they launched an offensive in Iraq.

The news comes as the Takfiri terrorist group has established schools to prepare hundreds of children and teenagers to conduct suicide attacks against positions of the security forces and the pro-government Hashd al-Shaabi, also known as the Popular Mobilization Units.

Daesh terrorists have been committing vicious crimes against all ethnic and religious communities in Iraq, including Shias, Sunnis, Kurds and Christians.
