Hezbollah Deputy Secretary General Sheikh Naim Qassem asserted that the party has benefited from the Saudi decision to blacklist it as a terrorist group, noting that the popular reaction in some Arab countries proved that the resistance is widely supported by the Arab peoples.

His eminence also said that the Saudi regime which has backed the takfiri groups in various regional countries is now openly communicating and building an alliance with the Zionist entity whose officials have welcomed KSA's step.

Sheikh Qassem added that Saudi obliged its political followers in Lebanon to deactivate the presidential elections which would have been conducted a year ago had not had KSA's interventions hampered the direct talks between the Free Patriotic Movement leader Michel Aoun and MP Saad Hariri.
