Hezbollah, AMAL Reach Full Agreement on Municipal Elections

Hezbollah media relations announced on Sunday that Hezbollah and AMAL movement have reached full agreement on municipal elections after discussing ways to cooperate.

According to a statement released by the media relations, the leaderships of Hezbollah and AMAL movement, represented by Hezbollah Secretary General's political advisor Hajj Hussein Khalil and Parliament Speaker's political advisor MP Ali Hasan Khalil, held a conclusive meeting in which they fully completed the comprehensive agreement on the upcoming municipal elections.

The statement stressed that the agreement included all bases and foundations and drew the general features of the full coordination between AMAL movement and Hezbollah throughout Lebanon in this context.
