shiitenews Hizbullah Future Party Leadership Suffers Moral Breakdown Future Party UnbalancedHizbullah Deputy Secretary General His Eminence Sheikh Naim Qassem said that the Future Party and the March 14 camp suffer of three difficult and complicated issues.

Sheikh Qassem noted that they are experiencing a period of low morale over former Premier Saad Hariri's presence abroad, where he studies why his party has witnessed an ongoing decline in its position in the country, as their failures and consecutive mistakes has led to the deterioration of their role in Lebanon.

"They are experiencing failure in tackling social, economic, and political affairs, and the withdrawal of a number of officials from the camp's ranks," Sheikh Qassem added.

He further said "Their failures have forced them to point blame at other sides and this strategy will in turn backfire against them and lead to more losses within their ranks. People have less supported them now because they realized that the March 14 path is not in harmony with the ambitions of the Lebanese and the future they want." He went on to say that "There has been a continuing deterioration in the March 14 camp situation, as head of the National Struggle Front MP Walid Jumblatt left them, Prime Minister Najib Mikati, Finance Minister Mohammad Safadi as well as others."

"We are proud to be working for Lebanon and its sovereignty, but we are not proud of being affiliated with the American-"Israeli" agenda for the region. We are proud of the equation of the army, people, and Resistance," he said adding "We are proud of respecting the country's constitutional mechanisms as in the past, we had accepted that we were part of the parliamentary minority, and we now accept that we are part of the majority."

Sheikh Qassem further said "We took part in government when we believed it useful and refused when we believed it beneficial, but we did not work on destroying the country. We are also proud that we achieved the 2000 and 2006 victories."

The Hizbullah official stressed "We have not yet heard a single objection to our performance, but all we have heard are curses and repeated statements similar to "Israeli" ones on the Resistance and the need for it to lay down its arms. Let them at least present one objection so we can discuss it for Lebanon's sake. They haven't said a word because they don't care," he declared.

His Eminence further emphasized "Let it be clear that Hizbullah won't be dragged into strife no matter how hard they try. Let them yell as much as they want and we will confront them with achievements. They have led the country to the edge of the abyss," asking "What have they accomplished throughout their years in rule? Where did the 11 billion dollars go during the years of your rule? Who has brought the country depts. that exceed 60 billion dollars? And who has caused such paralysis in the institutions of the country?"

Sheikh Qassem also pointed out that the other team prevents others from working, noting "Nothing will stop us from continuing our work normally, we will not go back, we have a program and duties to fulfill."

"What matters is Lebanon's interest," Sheikh Qassem concluded.

He considered "His (Hariri's) absence affects his people negatively, as they miss the presence of their leadership among them. The absence of this leadership has made the Future party officials' actions unbalanced."

"They are experiencing failure in tackling social, economic, and political affairs, and the withdrawal of a number of officials from the camp's ranks," Sheikh Qassem added.
