Nawaff 1Member of Loyalty to the Resistance Bloc MP Nawwaf Moussawi considered that talks on a non-political government are opposite to the political reality and constitutional facts, noting that any government, as to the constitution, is a fair representation of sociopolitical components, and this kind

He further pointed out that the 1960s law lost its validity since it was refused by most political forces of wide popularity.
Furthermore, he stated that a valid electoral law that provides true representation must be ratified, and saw that the Parliament may continue its legislative course regarding the electoral law.

He further noted the Speaker of Parliament's quest to achieve political conciliation on an electoral law whose results cannot be pre-meditated.
The MP further called on parties to adopt the proportionality system of one constituency.
"The Taif Agreement, in the fourth paragraph of its fourth clause, stipulated to adopt all procedures to liberate Lebanon from the "Israeli" occupation, and therefore it implicated the resistance," Moussawi noted.

On this note, Moussawi described the necessity of resistance in the National Reconciliation Accord (Taif Agreement) as clear, and the parties that ratified the agreement accentuated time after time that the fourth paragraph of the fourth clause of the Taif Agreement was especially made to reiterate the necessity of the resistance.

"What are the procedures you adopted to liberate most of the Lebanese territories? What are the procedures you wish to undertake to liberate the rest of the occupied lands?" Moussawi questioned parties that oppose the resistance.
On another note, Moussawi slammed the silence that political forces and foreign governments adopted on the daily "Israeli" assaults on Lebanon.

"> of representation cannot occur except by political representation.

Moreover, Moussawi saw that certain parties that promote a non-political government is considered a violation of constitution and an attempt of overthrowing it.
"Which electoral law will be adopted if there is not a valid electoral law to hold elections upon," Moussawi stated.
