alalam 635058736831637306 25f 4x3Mohammad al-Shalabi, better known as Abu Sayyaf, a Jordanian militant leader linked to al-Qaida says fighting with Lebanon’s resistance movement Hezbollah is his first priority.

In an interview with al-Hayat newspaper, Shabali said terrorist al-Nusra Front is preparing

militant gangs to send to Hezbollah strongholds in Lebanon.

“Fighting with Hezbollah is our top priority,” he was quoted as saying.

“We clearly want to fight with this movement and Syrian and Lebanese Sunnis must target Hezbollah leaders and its positions,” the Jordanian militant said.

Al-Qaeda linked al-Nusra Front has been fighting in a bloody insurgency against Syria since start of the crisis in the country in March 2011.

On Sunday, dozens of al-Nusra terrorists were killed in overnight clashes with Hezbollah in the vicinity of Lebanon’s eastern town of Baalbek.

According to Lebanon’s security sources, al-Nusra terrorists were going to set up missile batteries near Lebanon-Syria borders when they entered into clashes with Hezbollah fighters.

Analysts believe the United States, a great supporter of war on Syria, has been trying to pull Hezbollah who had previously steered clear of the Syria crisis into the conflict so that Israel can make a move against the resistance movement.

Fallowing an Israeli aggressive airstrike on Syria at the middle of the bloody crisis on May 5, Hezbollah leader announced that they are ready to help Syrian government protect its country against Israel’s violent moves.
