Jordan’s King Abdullah has cut short his visit to the Swiss city of Davos, and quickly headed to Riyadh.
It is interesting to inform the readers that Jordanian monarch’s ancestors were expelled from the sacred Islamic land of Mecca and Medina by the Saudi Wahhabi rulers but their foreign masters mainly British imperialists struck a deal with them and allocated them other occupied Muslim lands such as Syria and Iraq to in reward to their no-objection to Saudi Wahhabi rule on Holy Hejaz and no claim of their right to rule that sacred land.
Syrians and Iraqis also expelled them and finally they were limited to Jordan. However, Western media tried to paint two monarchies as rivals to mislead public opinion. It is amazing that these monarchs don’t mourn on the anniversaries of massacre of Karbala in which Imam Hussain (AS), grandson of Prophet (PBUH) of Islam and many of his family members were also martyred. Similarly, they also never allowed any mourning on the deaths and celebrations on birth anniversaries.
Saudi Wahhabis never celebrated birth anniversary of Holy Prophet Hazrat Mohammad (PBUH), the last apostle of God that all Muslims be they are Sunnis or Shias, celebrate around the world.
Now, Jordanian monarch that in fact is a very close ally of the Saudi monarchy announced 40-days mourning. Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas also offered condolences, announcing three days of mourning. So, it is mourning for an opponent of mourning.
