shiitenews exclusiveSocial organizations have announced legal course of action to get innocent Shia Youth released through superior judiciary.
Shabib Hussain, an owner of an electrician store, was awarded death sentence on Saturday in a case of

murder despite the fact that he was not involved in the murder.
He was in Peshawar to purchase goods for electrician store. He was taking bath at a private bathroom from where he was taken into custody by banned terrorist outfit Sipah-e-Sahaba/Lashkar-e-Jhangvi. Shabib Hussain was thrashed severely and also tortured severely. Under their pressure and torture and under their captivity, he was forced to confess a murder of one Aslam Farooqi who was member of banned terrorist outfit.
Social organizations believe that judge was under pressure because Mr. Anwar Ali, the original judge who heard the case got him transferred one day before pronouncement of the death sentence. A new judge who did not hear the case for a single day announced the capital punishment.
Therefore, they have decided that appeal would be filed in superior courts and God willing, they will get him released. They said that Shabib Hussain will be acquitted according to the merit of the case. They demanded that pressure from the banned terrorist outfit must be rejected by all state organs.
