Ayatollah Bahauddini says Agha Jafar was true follower of Prophets and Imams

agha bhaudiniAyatollah Abul Fazl Bahauddini, representative of Wali-e-Faqih Imam Syed Ali Khamenei, has said that late Syed Agha Jafar was a true follower of infallible Prophets (PBUT) and infallible Imams as well as Imam Khomeini.

Speaking at a condolence meeting on death anniversary of Agha Jafar at Shohda-e-Karbala Imam Bargah Incholi, Agha Bahauddini said that he first met Agha Jafar 21 years ago at Islamic Iranian Cultural Centre and since then he was inspired by him.

He said that he had met Agha Jafar in his last days. He said he knew about sacred life of Agha Jafar. He said that Imam Ali (AS) had narrated qualities of Muttaqeen that are mentioned in Nahj ul Balaghah. He said that numerous qualities among them were found in Agha Jafar.

Ayatollah Bahauddini said that Agha Jafar was seriously ill during last days of his life and he had gone to inquire about his health. He said that his illness had resemblance with the illness of the Prophet of God Almighty namely Hazrat Ayoob (AS).

He said that Agha Jafar had understood Islam from all its aspects and he practiced “Irfan” but never ignored other aspects of Islam. He said that Islam rejected traditional mysticism but “Irfan” is part of Islam.

Hujjat ul Islam Razi Jafar Naqvi translated the speech of Ayatollah Bahauddini. The descendants of Agha Jafar, a large number of students of Agha Jafar and others of his admirers attended the condolence meeting.
