Malik IshaqThe judge of Rahim Yar Khan’s lower court has reserved the verdict on the plea of nasbi Yazidi terrorist Malik Ishaq against Shia Muslims azan (call for prayer).

The verdict will be announced on July 10, it was decided on July 5 hearing of the case.

The Station House Officer (SHO) of a police station refused to register the case against Shia azan on the threats of nasbi terrorist Malik Ishaq. The police made clear that all Pakistanis have constitutional right to live their lives according to their respective creed.

Malik Ishaq belongs to outlawed terrorist outfit Lashkar-e-Jhangvi and banned Sipah-e-Sahaba. He tried to lodge case against the administration of Hyderi Trust mosque saying that calls for prayer are made thrice a day from that mosque and that hurts him.

Shia Muslims bear witness to the wilayah of commander of faithful Hazrat Ali (AS) in the azan and to bear witness to the wilayah is integral part and principle of Shia interpretation of Islam. Shia Muslims believe in the infallible leadership of Hazrat Ali (AS) after Hazrat Muhammad, the last apostle and Prophet of God Almighty.
