Joint Interrogation Team (JIT)’s inquiry report of notorious takfiri target killer belonging to proscribed Deobandi outfit ASWJ reveals that he confessed to have assassinated 38 Shia Muslims. Bilal Chingari was arrested by Counter Terrorism Department of Sindh Police in Karachi.

The JIT report says that Bilal alias Chingari was part of a gang of notorious Taliban-allied terrorists and their ringleader was Nadeem alias Manga who was also arrested. However, another main accomplice namely Irfan managed to flee Pakistan and now he was based in Dubai in United Arab Emirates.

Deobandi fanatic outfit ASWJ was proscribed due to continued terrorism on its part despite renaming the previous outfits such as Sipah-e-Sahaba, Lashkar-e-Jhangvi, Millat-e-Islamia that too were banned due to their unabated terrorism in all over Pakistan.

Manga-Chingari group of Bilal and Nadeem was active in Districts Central and West of Karachi. They assassinated many Shia Muslims and opponent Sunni Muslims.

Ahmed Ludhianvi of the ASWJ is based in Punjab and his henchman Aurangzeb Farooqi runs ASWJ/LeJ terrorist network in Karachi and rest of Sindh province. Malik Ishaq, co-founder of LeJ, was accommodated in the ASWJ to continue LeJ declared mission of Shia genocide from the platform of ASWJ. Government takes no action due to CIA-Saudi orders because they are their assets inside Pakistan and facilitate Afghan-based takfiri militants as well.
