24th November’s Long March will be a general referendum against terrorism: Maqsood Ali Domki

Martyrs Committee Jacobabad organized All Parties Peace Conference in the central Imambargah which was preside over by the Chairman of martyrs committee Allama Maqsood Ali Domki. Jamat e Islami’s leader Deedar Ali Lashari, Peoples Party (Shaheed Bhutto)’s leader Ahmed Ali Khoso, Sindh Taraqi Party’s leader Abdul Sattar Jageerani, Christian leader Pastor Sharon Yousuf, Sikh leader Sardar Jawahar Singh, leader of Asgharia Organization Farzand Ali Laghari, MWM’s leader Shahid Jawadi, heir of three martyrs Imam Bakhsh Lashari, leader of Shia Ulema Council Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Naqvi, leader of Jamot Qaumi Movement Habeeb Ullah Lashari, civil society’s representative Jaan Odhano, Nadeem Ahmed of Rawadari Tehreek, Waseem Latif Mehar, Syed Altaf Hussain Shah, Syed Gulzar Ali Shah, Basheer Ahmed Soomro and other addressed the conference. All the participants and speakers strongly condemned the 9th Muharram’s incident and demanded an operation against the networks and facilitators of terrorists. They also criticized the negligence of government and administration and assured the ‘Warisan e Shuhada Committee’ for their complete support in Long March and Protest Campaign.

Chairman of ‘Warisan e Shuhada Committee’ Allama Maqsood Ali Domki said in his presidential address that 24th November’s Long March will be a general referendum against terrorism. He also told that political, social and national parties of Sindh, people of different schools of thought, sects and religions will be with the protestors in the struggle against terrorism. He further said “Nawaz government has links with terrorists whereas Peoples Party’s Sindh government has broken its promises with the families of martyrs. Federal rulers of Muslim League (N) have not yet visited the families of martyrs to pay condolence. They have given a negative message to the people of Sindh and Baluchistan and families of martyrs.

He also requested General Raheel Sharif to announce Operation Zarb e Azb against terrorists’ networks in Sindh and Baluchistan. He further said “Federal and Provincial governments are not serious with the NAP. Children, women and old people all will participate in the Long March”.

While addressing the APC Jamat e Islami’s leader Deedar Ali Lashari said “Extermination of terrorists involved in Jacobabad incident is necessary and we will support the families of martyrs at every stage”.

Civil society’s leader Jaan Odhano said “Civil Society had identified the terrorists coming from Baluchistan and Punjab”. Syed Mazhar Ali Naqvi said “An operation should be conducted in Shikarpur, Jacobabad and Naseerabad division and the FIR of Muhammad Sharif Jatoi’s murder should be registered against the former SP and others and criminals should be punished”.
