Government should immediately provide security to pilgrims: Shia Ulema Council

Shia Ulema Council Pakistan Sindh conducted a protest outside Karachi Press Club. Ulema while addressing the participants of the protest said that problems of pilgrims had been ignored since many years and their problems had been increasing day by day but despite all the issues neither Federal nor Provincial government seems serious in solving them. This indifference of the government has been making pilgrims worried because these are issued related to basic freedom and rights of people and no government could stop them from achieving their basic rights. They also asked the government to immediately solve all the issues.

They further said “Baluchistan is a sensitive province where terrorism acts had been carried out several times in past as well. More than 12000 pilgrims are now stuck in Quetta and they are demanding security from the government. Government should immediately take actions to resolve all the problems of pilgrims”.
