Pakistan Navy’s Shia officer shot injured in targeted attack

navy logoA Shia officer of Pakistan Navy was shot injured in a targeted attack of Sipah-e-Yazid in coastal Keamari area of Karachi on Wednesday.
 Syed Azeem Haider Kazmi was ambushed at Karachi Port Trust’s gate No.1 near Native Jetty sea-bridge. He was rushed to a hospital of Pakistan Navy where his condition is said to be critical.

Mr. Kazmi is Lieutenant Commander in Pakistan Naval Force that is called Pakistan Navy.
 Reports had it that he was an inquiry officer probing the attack on another Shia officer of Pakistan Navy who and whose wife were injured while they were returning after having dropped their daughter to Bahria College, some days ago.   
Intelligence agencies had earlier given reports that government officials and ruling coalition parties may come under attack by outlawed Taliban and their offshoots such as outlawed Lashkar-e-Jhangvi and outlawed Sipah-e-Sahaba (renamed as Ahl-e-Sunnat wal Jamaat).
Shia parties and leaders have condemned the attack on Shia officer of Pakistan Navy and demanded of the government and armed forces to launch an operation to liquidate the terrorists.
