Proscribed Lashkar-e-Jhangvi (LeJ) commander, apprehended in Justice Maqbool Baqar case, mysteriously disappeared from Sukkur Jail.

According to news reported, Muhammad Muawiya, caught with his fellow LeJ militants in attempt to murder case of Justice Maqbool Baqar, mysteriously went missing from the Sukkur jail premises.

This brings number questions upon not only the current regime but on jail administration and law enforcement agencies as well. It has been further reported that par instructions from Saudi Arab, banned LeJ and Sipah Sahaba terrorists are released from Jail without any record, enhancing the concept within masses of militancy patronized at the hands of the STATE.

On June 26, 2013, Banned LeJ militants attacked the convoy of Justice Maqbool Baqar, which he survived, in Saddar Karachi.
