Professor Salman Haider is not the only human rights activist who has gone missing or kidnapped. Three other social workers were also reported missing for last 6 days.

Waqas Goraya and Asim Saeed have gone missing since January 4. Ahmed Raza Naseer went missing on Saturday January 7 while Professor Salman Haider had not returned home since Friday January 6. Goraya has dual national including that of Netherland.
These eminent social figures were the most popular activists on social media where they had been criticizing the security establishment and voiced protest against arbitrary arrests and forced disappearances of people in Balochistan province.
Hence, the security agencies are being accused of their involvement in their missing but security sources denied having any role in their missing.
