Deobandi terrorist confesses involvement in murder of Sunni Tehreek leader

Deobandi target killer of banned terror outfit Lashkar-e-Jhangvi Farrukh Jamal alias Ghorha (Horse) has confessed his involvement in the assassination of Saleem Qadri, founder of Pakistan Sunni Tehreek.

Asif Ramzi group of Lashkar-e-Jhangvi had assassinated Qadri in 2001, according to the confession of LeJ detained terrorist Farrukh Jamal.
He said that Ramzi had given him weapons near a milk shop outside city courts building on May 17, 2001 and next day he called him to follow him on way to Bus Stop 19 D in Saeedabad. Farrukh Jamal gave him bag of weapons. Ramzi and others used those weapons to kill Saleem Qadri and then they returned weapons to him which he brought to Dastgir in Federal B Area. Malik Tasadduq, Rashid Andha and Faisal Mota of Lashkar-e-Jhangvi were arrested for murder of Qadri but they were later released.
He said his group comprised of 34 terrorists. 7 were killed in encounters and 10 were arrested. He also disclosed names of other comrades who were involved in targeted murder and extortion.
Farrukh Jamal alias Ghorha is named in the Red Book of the most notorious and wanted terrorists of Sindh Police.
