Pakistan highly regard all out mutual ties with Iran: Janjua

Pakistan national security advisor Nasser Janjua says Iran is a very close friend of Pakistan and there is a need to further improve bilateral relations.

Boroujerdi, for his part, said Pakistan and Iran agreed to enhance bilateral trade from one billion to five billion dollars.
Janjua had traveled to Tehran in August last year.

Chairman for the Committee for Foreign Policy and National Security of Iran Alaeddin Boroujerdi met with National Security Adviser Nasser Khan Janjua in Islamabad on Friday.
The two sides highlighted the need for the expansion of bilateral ties in all-out fields, as well as strengthening cooperation in the field of security, including combating terrorism and drug trafficking.
They also discussed issues of mutual interest and the regional developments in the meeting held in Pakistan.
Janjua said Pakistan attaches great value to its relations with neighbor country Iran. "Iran is a very close friend of Pakistan and there is a need to further improve bilateral relations."
Boroujerdi, for his part, said Pakistan and Iran agreed to enhance bilateral trade from one billion to five billion dollars.
Janjua had traveled to Tehran in August last year.
