At least two people were reportedly killed and 18, including two women and a civil judge injured after a Deobandi takfiri suicide bomber belonging to Taliban terrorist group exploded targeting a van of judges near Hayatabad Medical Complex in Peshawar on Wednesday. 6 others were killed in Mohmand Agency in another such terror attack.

Rescue team rushed to the spot in Hayatabad to shift injured persons to the nearby hospital. The police officials have also covered the area, besides launching a search operation.
According to the police, it was a suicide bomb blast in which a terrorist struck targeting an official vehicle heading towards Judges Colony carrying the families of judges.
The injured included Civil Judge Asif Jadoon and three female judges who were travelling in the same van.
On the other hand, Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan has claimed the responsibility of the attack in Peshawar.
Earlier today, at least 6 people including four Levies personnel have been killed as a suicide bomber exploded himself in Mohmand Agency.
On Monday, a deadly suicide attack in Lahore which claimed 13 lives, including two senior police officers, was described as a lapse of security agencies as they failed to counter it despite a prior intelligence report.
