Massive rally demands Pakistani Govt to stop the recruitment of mercenaries for Bahraini Govt

r13Thousands of Karachiites on Sunday taken out a protest rally demanded of the Government of Pakistani and Pakistan Army to immediately stop the recruitment of mercenaries from Pakistan to crush the Bahraini Islamic Movement.

"> America and Western countries, and to support ongoing democratic movements and uprising in Arab World.

According to the Shiite News Correspondent, The rally was taken out from Numaish Chowrangi to Tibet Center, organized by the various organizations under the aegis of Millat-e-Jaffaria Pakistan of Majlis-e-Wehdat Muslameen (MWM) , Shia Ulema Council (SUC), Imamia Students Organization (ISO) and others to condemn the desecration of holy Quran and in support of Bahraini people. The protestors demanded of the United Nation and International world to immediately take the notice of the desecration of holy Quran and blasphemy of prophet Mohammad (pbuh) in western countries. They expressed the solidarity with ongoing democratic movement of Bahrain and urged the Government of Pakistan and Pakistan Army to immediately stop the recruitment of Pakistani people for Bahraini national guards. The participants of “Azmat-e-Quran and Difa-e-Bahrain rally” holding the flags of Bahrain and Pakistan, the protestors demanded of the immediately pullout of foreign troops from Bahrain. They also torched the flags of America and Israel. The rally was addressed by MWM Central deputy secretary general Maulana Amin Shaheedi, Maulana Nazir Abbas Taqvi of SUC, Maulana Sheikh Hassan Salahuddin, JUP leader Maulana Qazi Ahmed Noorani Siddiqui, Mufti Abdul Majeed Ashrafi of Minaj-ul-Quran, Maulana Baqar Zaidi and others at Tibet Center, large number of religious clerics present on the occasion. Addressing the rally, MWM deputy secretary General Maulana Amin Shaheedi demanded of the government and Pakistan Army to immediately stop the Fauji foundation for recruiting the Pakistan people and retired armed forces personnel for Bahraini National Guards.

He condemned the genocide of peaceful pro-democracy protestors in Bahrain, Yemen and Libya and said that the American and Israel are hatching the conspiracy to destroy the peaceful movement in Bahrain. He vowed that the Muslims of the world would not tolerate the desecration of holy Quran and blasphemy of Holy prophet Mohammad (pbuh) and demanded of the American government to execute the devilish pastor Terry Jones.

On the occasion, SUC leader Maulana Nazir Taqvi urged the government of Pakistan to support the uprising of Bahrain, Yemen, Libya and Morocco and raised the voice against the genocide of the peaceful protestors of these countries.

He condemned the recruitment of Bahraini National guards from Pakistan and urged the government to immediately stop the recruitment of mercenaries from the country.

He said that the Pakistani nation would not accept the recruitment of mercenaries to crush the peaceful democratic struggle in Bahrain.

Mufti Abdul Majeed Ashrafi expressed solidarity with the ongoing democratic movement of Bahrain and condemned the genocide of Bahraini people by the regime.

He underlined the need of unity to foil the conspiracies of the west against the holy Quran and Prophet Mohammad (pbuh).

Addressing the rally, the leaders said that after the escape of Tunisian president from the country to avoid public wrath, people were rallying in Egypt, Yemen and other Middle Eastern and North African countries for revolution. This was a clear message to the US and Israeli agents who had usurped powers in different countries, the speakers added.
