Allama Shaikh Mohd Hassan Jafari says to remain neutral in Gilgit-Baltistan Elections

shaikh-mohd-hasan-jafari-skarduRenowned Shia scholar Allama Shaikh Mohammad Hassan Jafari, Friday prayer of Skardu, has said that he would remain neutral in forthcoming elections to Legislative Assembly of Gilgit-Baltistan.

“I never joined politics and don’t support this or that group. I participated in public protest for charter of demands including wheat subsidy in personal capacity,” he said dispelling the impression of partiality.

Skardu-based seasoned scholar further said that he didn’t need a certificate of neutrality and impartiality from any side. Shiite News Correspondent reported from Skardu that Allama Jafari urged people to elect honest and competent people in the elections. He said that every action of faithful should be for the sake of God Almighty.
