Shia Muslims have turned down the Balochistan government’s policy to limit the pilgrims (Zaireen) who are willing to go on pilgrimage to Iraq via Iran from Pakistan to participate in the Arbaeen walk. The Balochistan government has said that no more than four convoys would be allowed this year.
