At least two terrorists of a banned Deobandi terrorist outfit involved in killing traffic police officials in the city were killed in an encounter with Pakistan Rangers and Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) personnel in Karachi on Friday.

On behalf of Shia Ulema Council chief Allama Syed Sajid Ali Naqvi, compensatory amount was distributed among the heirs of the Shia martyrs of Parachinar and Gaudar areas who fell victims to terrorist attacks in Sabzi Mandi and outside Ladies Imam Bargah in Parachinar and Gaudar (Kuurrum Agency).
