Is speaking against Israel allowed?

Recently, two prominent pro-Palestinian solidarity activists have had to endure a campaign of media demonization because of their opposition to Israel.

The Church of England banned Reverend Stephen Sizer from talking about the Middle East after he posted a Facebook link which questioned if Israel was behind 9/11.

When George Galloway appeared on the BBC's flagship program Question Time, he faced a barrage of heckling for his anti-Israel views.

Whenever Israel commits atrocities against the people of Palestine, the news is either downplayed or conveniently unreported in the Western world.

Compare this with the reporting of members of an under-resourced Palestinian resistance movement who have lived under decades of systematic persecution, oppression and murder by the Israeli forces. Their so-called crimes are magnified thousand-fold and they are perpetually made out to be the aggressors.
