Bahraini opposition figure, Sheikh Mohamad Khojasteh, said that he will keep on demanding legitimate rights of the oppressed Bahraini people without stop.

"The regime's expelling policy against clerics will not prevent them from practicing their role in raising the voice against injustice," Sheikh Khojasteh said during an interview with Younews website.

Sheikh Khojasteh, who has been expelled from Bahrain, arrived in Beirut after being expelled by the Bahraini authorities a few days ago.

His eminence spoke to Younews about his long suffering with the Bahraini regime since 1995, when he was ordered to leave the country over expressing rejection of the injustice suffered by the Bahraini people.

Sheikh Khojasteh also spoke about the strength and resilience of the Bahraini people, calling them to continue their struggle to confront the injustice in the country.

He said that he will hold a joint press conference with Bahrain Forum for Human Rights in Beirut on Thursday, in which he will speak about the legal position regarding his case and the types of violations he suffered.
