Referring to the recent US Congress and Zionist regime officials' provocative remarks against Iran, Larijani warned in a Parliament public session that Islamic Republic Armed Forces will give an annihilating response to any type of aggression.

He also criticized the US Congress for becoming a puppet in the hands of Zionist regime.

Zionist regime's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is afraid of Iran's influence in the region and the potential nuclear agreement between Tehran and G5+1, Larijani added.

Netanyahu's remarks proved the fact that the Zionist regime officials are desperate and disappointed about the future, Parliament speaker said, Iran's nuclear program is just an excuse and Zionists are afraid of Islamic Revolution's spiritual influence in the region.

The Zionist regime asked the Congress to prevent any nuclear agreement that will allow Iran to have enrichment, but this regime has itself 200 nuclear warheads, Larijani stressed.

He said that Israeli regime as a terrorist state has assassinated hundreds of individuals including Iranian nuclear scientists, but its prime minister continues to accuse Iran of funding terrorism in the world.

Netanyahu's remarks are contradictory because he has confessed to Iran's power and, in the meantime, threatened to attack Iran if an agreement is reached between Tehran and the world powers, the speaker noted.

Larijani also said it was US that asked for negotiations for the first time and their claims that sanctions forced Iran to come to negotiation's table is a worthless lie.

Iran's negotiating team will continue talks in defense of Iran's nuclear rights under the guidelines of Supreme Leader, he added.

Netanyahu had a controversial speech against Iran on Tuesday. More than 50 House Democrat congressmen boycotted the event.

The Obama administration is angry at Netanyahu’s accepting the Republicans' invitation to address Congress two weeks before the Israeli election without consulting the White House and excessive Israel lobby interference in American foreign policy.

Iran and the Group 5+1 (the US, Russia, China, France and Britain plus Germany) are negotiating to narrow their differences over Tehran's nuclear energy program ahead of a July 1 deadline.

Shortly after the Zionist regime's prime minister spoke against the ongoing nuclear talks, US President Barack Obama told reporters that Netanyahu 'did not offer any viable alternative” and there was 'nothing new' in Netanyahu’s speech.

In January, he threatened to veto any sanctions legislation against Iran during his State of the Union address.
