The Secretary of the Expediency Council Mohsen Rezaei has said that Iranian military advisers in Syria have filmed and photographed all routes used by ISIS terrorist group transferring oil to Turkey.

Mohsen Rezaei said Friday that Iranian military advisers in Syria have filmed and photographed all routes used by ISIL operatives for smuggling oil from fields in eastern Syria to sell it to Turkey as their main client.

“Countries gripped by the scourge of terrorism must remain calm and reduce tension among themselves and use their might and capacities for rooting out ISIL,” he said.

To a question as why Turkish officials deny every claim that they are actual clients of oil sold by ISIL, Rezaei said “in case the Turkish government is unaware that Ankara is buying oil from ISIL, we are prepared to show them all the evidence they need.”

Following the downing of the Russian jet by Turkish military on Nov. 24, reports have emerged which claim to have documents on the involvement of Turkey in buying oil from ISIL. The Russian President has accused Turkey of shooting down its fighter jet to protect energy supplies from the terrorist militants. Turkish President Recep Teyyip Erdogan said he will resign if this is confirmed.

Turkey has also been facing criticism for facilitating militants’ border crossings to join ISIL in Syria, as well as for providing assistance to Takfiri terrorists waging war in the Arab country; Mehr News reported.
