Dialogue Subcommittees in Syrian Provinces Continue Discussing Mechanisms

parlemant shamThe Subcommittees tasked with setting up the required mechanisms for inviting the national opposition and the political forces to dialogue across the Syrian provinces on Wednesday continued meeting the national and popular associations to discuss the proposals on the shape and content of the

national dialogue conference to get out of the crisis in Syria.

In Damascus, Chairman of the Subcommittee, Damascus Governor Bishr al-Sabban stressed the important role of the people's organizations and bodies in making contacts with the youth, particularly those who were misled.

He asserted that most of the youth who carried weapons returned to their neighborhoods in Damascus after laying down their arms and holding dialogue with them.

In Idleb, Chairman of the Subcommittee, Governor Safwan Abu Sadi said that the dialogue sessions held with various spectrums of citizens in Idleb province open wide-range prospects of dialogue and contribute to deepening the interaction and communication between the citizens based on a ground of awareness and responsibility.
The Governor stressed that the meetings contribute to exchanging viewpoints on the basic issues, including the laws and legislations issued recently regarding the local administration, media and elections laws.
Meanwhile, the subcommittee in Damascus Countryside discussed with the heads of the civil associations the mechanisms which ensure the success of dialogue based on the political program set to solve the crisis in Syria.

Chairman of the Subcommittee, Damascus Countryside Governor Hussein Makhlouf stressed the necessity of activating dialogue across the Syrian provinces and with all spectrums of the Syrian society, particularly with the civil associations due to their effective role in the issues of relief, and aid.
In Sweida, Chairman of the Subcommittee, Sweida Governor Atef Naddaf discussed with the educational cadre of the collages and institutes in the governorate their visions on the shape and content of the national dialogue conference based on the political program to solve the crisis in Syria.
Naddaf stressed the role of the educational cadres in spreading awareness and supporting the youth in light of the crisis in Syria as well as their responsibilities for spreading the culture of dialogue and enhancing it and finding solution to the get out of the crisis.
