Core Commanders’ concern over NAP, Millat e Jafaria’s stance proved true

Millat e Jafaria’s stance over the NAP, made to eradicate terrorism, proved true during the Core Commanders meeting when concerns were expressed by the participants of the meeting about the effectiveness of the NAP.

During the Core Commander Conference, took place in Rawalpindi on Wednesday under the leadership of General Raheel Sharif, internal security situation of the country was discussed. The hindrances in proper implementation of NAP were also discussed during the conference. In addition to this, the slow speed of the NAP was also accepted during the meeting of the PM and other government officials with the Army Chief that took place a day earlier to the conference, and the foreign funding of terrorists and madaaris and freedom of sectarian banned organizations was declared as the reason for that.

On the other hand, Punjab government that was claiming successes in NAP, had also accepted after the two meetings that “it has been felt that little success is achieved regarding the new law made to eradicate terrorism and that the speed of NAP is extremely slow”.

It should also be noted that Millat e Jafaria Pakistan has been pointing out the fact, since very long, that the NAP is going very slow and has lost its real objectives. The issue has been raised on every platform by Shia leaders, especially by Raja Nasir Abbas, including social media and finally the concerns have been confirmed during the Core Commanders meeting.

The media and personalities related to Millat e Jafaria had pointed out the fact long ago that the NAP had been diverted from terrorists to common people. By sending regular cases to military courts the government has been protecting terrorists involved in serious crimes like bomb blasts. Banned sectarian organizations, and terrorist groups have been given political refuge and people like Rana Sanaullah and Qayyum Soomro have been facilitating them. Foreign aid of madaaris is still continued, the Punjab government has restricted mourning of Imam Hussain (as) in name of NAP whereas the terrorists organizations have ben freely organizing gatherings and processions. In Sindh also, the provincial government is taking part in LB elections by creating an alliance with banned groups which is an open violation of NAP and these are the concerns that have raised by the Millat e Jafaria, every now and then.

Since Nawaz government has always remained political ally of terrorist organizations therefore, it never accepted the NAP and then made amendments in the law and diverted it from terrorists to common citizens.

The nation that has sacrificed around 80 thousand lives during the struggle against terrorism is becoming hopeless with the NAP because politicians have made it conflicting and dubious which is the proof of their enmity with Pakistan’s military and their links with terrorists. But now the time has arrived that Army Chief should immediately take measures to re-direct the NAP and increase its speed as well and the whole nation supports him in this regard.
